Help Selecting masteries for my champions

By the end of July (when I move out of the intermediate bracket) I should have the following four star champions:
SW (duped), DV (duped), Mordo
Hyperion, Drax, Venom
GP (duped), WS (duped) Karnak, Moon K
CAWW2 (duped), CA, Abomination
Cable (duped), X-23
Howard the Duck (duped)
Looking at some charts it seems I have a lot more attack then defense champions. I've thought of going for heavy bleed. Is that a good strategy? Should I also go fon mystic dispersion? Or? I've only spent a couple of hundred on the game but I can't spend any more so it's going to be a long, long road to build up my masteries and I don't want to waste resources. My goals are to progress as far in the game as possible (finish act 4, road to the labyrinth, etc).
Thank you for any help. I don't want to waste a months worth of earned units on old build guides
