Item Return System for players who participate in game and penalize other players

it is old to go through the process of kicking and taking in new people since they will not clear a node but others in the alliance do by spending items to get the win causing a loss. is it possible to have a system like this in place where the people who use items to clear a lane yet the next day of war 1 player completely gives up and causes 29 people to fail?

People using Items is up to them. Now, if you feel someone is not being a team player, you're free to remove them. However, once you choose to use Items, you don't get them back.

In which if someone new joins, most of the team wants to win, and will use items to spend BUT 1 person in the bunch doesnt want to keep progressing and hold everyone up, everyone should be refunded their items due to a single person causing a loss for the entire team. not very team effective with having everyone hurt and get down and out from a person causing problems.

While it is unfortunate when 1 player drags down everyone, but it is an alliance and part of the game. You are as strong as your weakest player. It's hard and a lot of work to build and keep a strong alliance, but that is part of the game. It is win together, lose together.

throw in the obstacles of a cheater in the alliance nobody is aware of until the last minute, everyone is working or sleeping or waiting for someone to move. after awhile, one person decides to hack and clear linked nodes, mini boss and boss not spending an item not having a r5 5* max sig or r2 duped 6* champ. so if that one person does the clearing yet everyone in that persons alliance is angry and the other alliance doesn't continue because of that other alliance member hacking, should either benefit or not benefit from that persons actions? the game has been out for years and hackers will come about to disrupt the game for others. the other people should not be negatively affected from one person, who cares if one jerk does the jerk moves and redo it again for the people who actually put time and effort into it.

Well here I would argue that the system which is used to catch cheaters like that needs to be improved in that alliance officers needs to be able to find out who is cheating and remove them from the alliance, and that would then preempt any penalties incurred by the alliance as a whole.

The thing though is still, it's an alliance, it's still building and working on creating a strong team of players that have the same goals and ideals. Taking in someone new to the alliance that is cheating is part of the risk of being in an alliance and wanting to take part in one of the modes of the game.
