Lag with Specials

I can't be the only one whose noticed the lagging in certain champions special attack 1&2? I come off a chain combo, and immediately hit the SP1/2, but the enemy recovers and block.

I know it's not my device. I'm playing on an iPhone 8 Plus, so KABAM y'all should look into that issue!!
