Ice armor never returning?

Was fighting a mephisto. His fate seal falls off and my ice armor timer begins. Time runs out and still no armor? Alliance mates tells me the only way to have ice armor is sp3. Why is there a 15 second timer then for when it's shattered? Only shattered returns and nullify takes a sp3 to return?

    yeah it's some funky interaction between abilities. Since mephisto fate seals at the start of the fight it seems like iceman never actually gets his ice armor to nullify. It just doesn't happen so he never triggers his counter to regain it.

    Been like that since he was first released. No idea why though.

    You seem to be aware of the need to do an SP3, but not too sure your question, are you asking why Kabam place a 15 second and not 0 second or 10 second or any other number? What do you mean by "Only shattered returns" and "nullify takes a sp3 to return"?

    His last sentence, he means if you break the armor (5%+ attack) it goes to a timer and reforms. If its is fate sealed, or removed somehow like that, it takes an sp3 to get it back. He's saying against mep, a timer shows up to reform the armor, but the armor never appears

    Shattered is when you get parried or take enough damage that the ice armor fades. It does come back.

    Nullify is like Mephisto where he prevents it from the start.

    I was arena fighting an iceman with my Modok and parried him. His countdown happened and I delayed killing him to see if it returned. It didnt after the timer hit zero.

    They just need to update his text to get rid of the 15 seconds and let it be known only sp3 returns ice armor.
