Did everyone forget about the bug with Morningstar?

I haven’t seen this mentioned anywhere in a long time but I have MS as a 2* and 3* and I don’t think it’s been fixed. Her dashback doesn’t carry her that far compared to pretty much everyone else.

    Dr voodoo has a similar issue, it's not just a problem with her.

    I’ve noticed this now that I use MS a lot more often. A consistent way for me to be sure I’m not crazy is that I can consistently evade all 3 hits of YJ’s L1 with all my champions. And also consistently, I can’t manage to do it with MS
