Quake's ability accuracy sinergy not working like flat percentage?

Today I was fighting Red Hulk with my regular Hulk with quake/hawkeye sinergy that gives all champs +15 ability accuracy. I thought this improves ability accuracy by flat 15%? I guess it doesn't, as I haven't been able to stun 100% with sp1 that has basic 85% chance to stun.
I guess I'll better be off with Ronan for power reserve....

    I believe the synergy is multiplicative and not additive.

    That said, it should still be about 98% if it started at 85%

    Yeah...still, out of 8 specials 2 didn't stun. There goes Kabam' RNG against us. I'd wish that worked for us in crystals...
