Charged for items I did not purchase!

Star lord loot bag and a Peter Parker wallet.
Has anyone else had this problem?
My in app purchase requires a password so what do I do next to get refund and protect my account.

Send in a support ticket to kabam. But I doubt the game charged you. Good luck

Please contact support for assistance with this. You can do so in the game on the home screen, tap the grey gear icon in the top left corner. From there, tap on the button that says “Support”. Seek your question, if you’re not able to find the answer and have more questions, tap the button that states, “Need more help? Contact us” to submit a support ticket.
