Game still glitching

Game still glitching play for 10 to 20 minutes it glitches then shuts down after this happening 3 to 4 times in a row I stop playing and lose what ever I was trying to accomplish the frustration level is getting to the point of quitting all together don't like to waste time fix the game frustrated in NYC
