Payments no longer available

As of last Friday this error message is displayed whenever I enter the unit store, "Payments no longer available. Please contact support".
I have contacted support NINE times and I keep receiving the same automated response basically asking me to:
- purchase using a device I have used previously to purchase;
- ensure I am logged into my game and Google account;
- check my payment methods; and
- check with Google to ensure there are no issues.
On NINE occasions I have explained that I have checked all the above. I have even called Google who confirm there are no issues their side.
Clearly there must be an in-game bug. The fact I have had to submit NINE separate tickets is deplorable (the last one was my favourite - closed immediately without a response!) and I would have thought it would be in your interests to fix this issue. We all know how Kabam needs the revenues.
Is this a known bug/issue?
