Problems with Mordo and Juggernaut

Is anyone else having issues with Mordo and Juggernaut? I have a 3 and 4 Star Mordo, and when I fight with either of them, they can never block in time. The only way I can get them to block is if the other player happens to give me a few seconds between their attacks. With Juggernaut, when I fight him, no matter what level, my hits never register until about a minute or so into the match. So he essentially beats me until about a quarter to half of my health is gone before my hits start landing. Is anyone else having these issues?

    Yep, with Mordo the same issue. No way to block after 5 hits of opponent.

    I land half my parries with Mordo. Hate fighting with him. Only use him on defense

    Juggernaut "unstoppable" at beginning of the fight. Look at his abilities. Not a bug at all
