Loading screens slow and glitchy 19.0.1

After updating to 19.0.1, all the screens are slow to load and the animations are super glitchy and delayed. I’m on an iPhone X and have never seen problems like this before. Anyone else having these issues?

    Wait, so new update only for IOS and not for android too??

    I'm not sure what the story is for Android.
