Improvement for existing champions

Iron Man, Superior Iron Man and Iron Patriot - Now that regen has been watered down, best to raise the trigger threshold from 15% to between 25% and 30%
Winter Soldier - Now that crit rate has been watered down, best to raise the chance of power drain from 15% to between 25% and 30%
Iceman - Instead of having both Coldsnap and Frostbite dealing energy damage, allow frostbite to
1) reduce enemy's ability accuracy (both att and def)
2) each charge / token reduces ability accuracy by a certain % and can be stacked
3) once the token expires, enemy will be frozen (stun for x sec per charge)
Rogue - Instead of having SP to do steal health and/or power, have
1) every light hit steals % of health
2) every medium hit steals % of power
3) After 10 consecutive hits, each hit after the 10th hit reduces enemy's ability accuracy by x %
4) Critical hits stagger enemy's next buff
5) If enemy has buffs, % to nullify and steal OR replicate
Magneto
1) SP1's primary debuff should be armor break, bleed is a follow up / secondary effect
2) His signature should raise his armor rating as well as reducing ability accuracy of debuffs on him
Hawkeye
1) SP1 should be bleed + power drain (for non-bleed immune champions), shock + power drain (for bleed immune chanpions)
2) SP2 should trigger either one armor break, heal block, stun or stagger
3) All his SPs should trigger precision for x seconds
4) SP3 should have incinerate plus either one armor break, heal block, stun or stagger
Antman
1) SP2 should not cause poison, instead, have it cause either incinerate (fire ants), armor break (carpenter ants), shock (crazy ants) OR stun (bullet ants)
Storm, Scarlet Witch, Vision (both) - should be in flight mode
Scarlet Witch, Vision (both), Dormammu, Phoenix - basic attacks should be dealing energy damage
Drax and Abomination - please give them better SP1 (headbutt is just plain lame)
War Machine - please give him a better signature
Dr Strange - he needs to go back to pre-12.0.
Wolverine - Should have fury; also should armor break bleed immune enemies on critical hit
Ghost Rider - Should have incinerate
Angela - should have bleed (sword + axe = no bleed?)
Luke Cage - His armor should always be reinforced and be indestructible for x seconds each time he suffers from SP damage
Scarlet Witch
1) Should begin the fight with a forcefield that reduces the chance of debuffs on her
2) Energy shield, emergency shield and stagger should be added to her critical-hit effects while poison should be taken out
Hulk
1) The lower his health, the higher the chance of shrugging off debuffs
2) Each debuff on hulk gives him one extra fury buff
3) (Successful) heavy hits should automatically armor break
Ms Marvel and Captain Marvel - If rogue can reduce debuff duration due to Kree physiology, how is it that these two don't?
