Anybody know how to clear these?

Does anybody know how to clear the badge icons in the below photos?

It drives me nutes to have those little red circles there all of the time.

I used to be able to clear them, but seems like an issue with peak milestones update.

    Hey I'm collecting the notifications here... I figure I should be at double digit unclearable notifications by months end.
