Why does punisher 2099s healblock not work on buffet and masochism?

    No but Morningstar's sig sure works even tho she doesn't work on any other non buff regen. With that logic i think Pun2099 should work also.

    You mean ... Morningstar works on those nodes?
    Because if that's so, it might be a bug. I don't see a reason for it to work

    I think what happens with masochism and buffet regen is that Morningstar takes it cause it applies at all, punisher 2099 I think the regen has to be on for at least a little while, same logic applies to Loki as it doesn’t morningstar
