    Mystic is overall the best because their class mastery is way more powerful than any of the others and they're so adept at punishing the use of buffs in general.

    There is no best if you ask me, they all have their strengths and weaknesses. They each get used for different things, for instance:

    Tech = utility, poison and bleed immune
    Mystic = power and buff control
    Mutant = regeneration and bleed
    Science = great defence, tough champions
    Skill = ability reduction and bleed
    Cosmic = lots of buffs and insane damage

    But there is no clear winner, they all have god tier champs that are completely game changing and are good for so many different types of matchups.
