Missing Catalyst Tier 4

Hi, i have a problem, a have 9 T4 catalyst, and i just finished teh Catalyst T4 arena, i schould have 10, but i have still only 9. Why?

Log out of the game completely and log back in. Also try restarting the app.

I did, and still missing.
