    Hello,

    Yes, our support team can help you with this. Please keep in mind the below restrictions:

    Alliance leaders may request 5 possible names for change when contacting us. We will ONLY change the name at the request of the current Alliance Leader.

    Alliance Name/Tag changes will only be changed if the all of the following apply when contacting us:
    * We are contacted by the current Alliance Leader
    * The name(s) supplied does not violate our Terms of Service
    * The name(s) supplied does not contain Marvel/Transformer intellectual property
    * The name is not already being used
    * The Alliance has not requested a name change in the past 90 days

    You can reach support by going to the gear icon in game and clicking "Support" under the Account header.
