Missing 5* shards when getting a dupe in feature arena

Feel free to tell me if I’m wrong :

1) In basic arena, to dupe a champion give only SIG +1. No iso, no shards. Because it is a basic.

2) In feature arena, the champion is a « real » double. Its pictures is not blue, it gives iso.


So why did I only get a 100 5* shards (and iso) for a dupe of my Antman, awaken at level 99 BEFORE to receive the feature 4* arena rewards ?

More precisely, I got a 4* Antman and 800 shards (I was ranked under 400), became 800 + 100 5* shards.
No 4* max skill crystal nor 275 5* shards.

Isn’t there any problem with rewards ?

If I remember, it is supposed to give you some shards, but not the 275x shards you would normally get for duplicating in a crystal

Could someone from Kabam explain it and describe the cases ? (What we get in case of ... )

This is simple : not blue halo on the picture is normal champion. So the same as duped in a crystal
