I was in global chat, and as usual, I see a disgrace of chat. Whenever I confronted him about it, he called me sensitive. He wasnt scared that he would get banned.

I am sorry you have had to deal with this behavior in the in-game chat. There actually are filters in place, however, when players find ways around them, unfortunately, they can’t catch everything. If you would like to, you can assist by reporting users via the chat tool in-game – and for those more severe cases, reporting via a support ticket.
