Greater Quest Crystal

I wanted to make a suggestion for better Quest Crystals. I'm at level 45, and those little beginner ISO-8 and L1 Health not much help. I feel after you beat Thanos, it should be a GREATER QC that offers at least L3 ISO-8 or L3 SHP or L2 Revive
