What to do next?

Hey guys! I'm wondering about my next adventure in quests. I'm done with quests prior to act 5. Act 5.1 is alamost explored. I'm not sure I can take out collector yet. So what should I do for now? I'm done with ROL a long time ago. I haven't looked at RTTL yet. Event quests are sometimes boring to explore. So what should I do to prepare for collector(I have duped daredevil but he's at sig 20)? My champs are:
4* r5s : AA, Red Hulk, Yondu All duped
4* r4s: Hyperion(dupe), electro (duped), dormammu(duped), karnak(no-dupe), starlord(duped, sig 19), og vision(dupe), hawkeye (duped), ronan(duped), iceman(no-dupe)
Other not upgraded and unduped champs worth mentioning: Blade,Hella, Angela, Beast, Black Widow, Mephisto, Nebula
5*:r3: Electra(duped), Venompool, Hulk, Cap marvel
5* r2 Kamala Khan, Hawkeye
5* r1 Night crawler, Hulk buster, Magik, Ironman, Gambit
None 5* dupe except electra. And no 6*s.
Is it possible to beat collector or RTTL with these line up? I don't spend anymore in this game after ROL. So what do you think?
