Hmm assessing and monitoring

What's weird is that they say they are monitoring and assessing the issues with the new update, but that's all they say. I think that if a company would like to keep it's customers, they wouldn't keep throwing us around. And then close the discussion off because "their looking into it", well have you or you just don't care? I'm literally about to go spend more money on a phone to play this game.
