2* Champion growth?

I know that there will eventually be more opportunity for 2* champions from solo arena, specifically for the MCU crystals and expanding the collection. I'm just curious as to how good this is going to be? Such as, are we going to continue to get, say, 2* hawkeye even though we get plenty of him in premium crystals?
May be a different champ, its different for everyone of course, but are we going to have a better chance of possibly getting a 2* war machine or something? Or ones that will help with the gwenpool MCU event?
