What are the intended Catalyst Clash- Basic rewards?

In the last Basic Cat Clash arena, there were 3 T4 basics if you completed all milestones (I achieved this, but didn't actually check my stash to see if I got all 3).

However, in the current Basic Cat Clash, all milestones will only get you 2 basic T4s.

Are you alternating rewards? Was the 3 t4 milestone reward a goof? Is the 2 t4 milestone reward a goof?

Thanks. Just trying to figure out what may be expected from this Arena Event in the future.

    The intended rewards are 2 t4b total for all milestones. The 3 t4b was a one-time bug that they allowed to remain in the game

    It was a bug last time and they let us keep it.
