In next video you will see that wasp can evade and shock in mid heavy. I would like to know if it's a normal behavior ("by design"):

    The description describes it as an 8% chance to evade "when attacked", so evading a heavy is perfectly normal

    Her evade is just like spiderman or NC. They all can evade mod heavy or combo. Hers gives you a shock debuff is all. That's what she's supposed to do.

    This is an historical bug. Opponents shouldn’t evade in mid heavy, especially if they got hit by first part of heavy. I agree that they can evade at the beginning, but at the middle of heavy, while they got hit....
    I guess this will never be fixed
