Where is the dexterity update?

If the dexterity tests are over, speed it up to update it in the game because it's such a crappy **** to fight the war against mystics with mystical dispersion. In addition to the bonus also mess up on certain missions where you can not have bonuses on our champions and he keeps turning on and off every time he evades in dexterity!
