Streak reset

Hey Kabam, what is going on with this game. Since last update, the game keeps on crashing as most of the users are experiencing. Players are losing so many matches just like that. I am grinding arena and had not lost even a single series but after the game crashed jiat now, my streak got reset. It's really frustrating. We all understand that it's an application and obviously it may face technical issues but shouldn't someone update the status on where things are regarding fixing the issue.
