Blade and Stark Spidey Nerf?

Can someone confirm that Blade is getting a 40% ability reduction and 58% ability reduction for SS. If this is true, it really upsets me as I finally received Blade last week and dumped a lot into him. I don’t think it’s fair that some players get to use a champion while the are OP to complete story quests and event quests and then they get nerfed and other players don’t have the same opportunity as others before using the same champs in the same quests.

    I don't get this post. The 40% / 58% and is what it always was as far as I know. What did you think it was? Additive?

    Yeah it's not 40% + 45%
    The extra 18% is 0.45 of 40%, so 58% in total

    I guess I read it as a reduction of the % it occurs

    Can someone explain it to me?

    The numbers you are seeing are abilities gained by Blade through danger sense and synergy. AA reduction is reducing his opponent’s ability triggers.

    40% is blade's original AA reduction with danger sense, that hasnt changed. 58% is blade's AA reduction with danger sense when paired with Stark spidey synergy, that hasn't changed either
