There should be a reduction in the amount of time for 1 energy as when doing act 4 and chapter 3 of event quest it burns energy very quickly. Something like minus 1 second of energy every time you level up should be a thing imo

    Or you could just use all your energy, then just stop playing until it's full again

    Exactly that.
    You have a month to finish EQ. Plenty of time. Or just use the refills that now drop from alliance events. I like those a lot.

    With peak milestones I've noticed an increase in the number of full energy refills being given as rewards compared to the old rewards system. I used to be stuck at 8, but now I'm using just so the ones in my stash don't expire.
