The game team has resolved this issue. Keys will be distributed via in-game messages and the quest timer will be extended.

As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.

    I smell a boycott being organized.....lol

    people just tried to launch one well two with one of the biggest mcoc youtubers and with his that went I doubt anyone will want to do try and lead it again the people that were doing it were extremely devided they couldn't come up with a solid date and all it did was get hate thrown at the people that tried to organize it

    Haha . Hasn't everyone realised yet kabam is not giving any compensation for last months issues. There just ignoring you til you stop asking about it. If they were gonna they would have already. All these new easy events, war season started. Aq changes. It's all up and running the game is back to its normal state of crappy play. It doesn't get any more fixed then it is route how... like willy wonka said....You Get Nothing!!

    I’ve already received refunds from Apple from July 4th to February. And I know they will get their money back from the App company. Along with corespondence from Apple they are investigating th overheating issues. Not looking for an argument, but Apple does take care of their customers especially when it pertains to their image. They have enough cash to overcome the BS and fix the issue. I’ve been given credits for issues Apple was not at fault for, but took on just to appease their consumer.

    Heck Apple can buy Kabam right now and do what they want and it won’t make a dent into their cash on hand. I do t think they have all the answers but I hope someone does, and clearly Kabam doesn’t.

    Without getting into the minusha of apple’s financial statements. The part you see as “cash” isn’t actually cash. It’s liquid, but it’s not currency under their mattress. Apple doesn’t hold a lot of cash per say, even if it looks like they do.

    Hmm, still no mods commenting and the post is about compensation. No surprise there! If there is no compensation by the end of this month I will be leaving the game for good
