I'm playing since the game was launched... And considering the enormous difficulty on finding good people in game (I repeat "good people" not good player), don't you think it's time for the game to change drastically and reduce the members of alliances from 30 to 10?
In this way there will be the skimming of mercenaries, idiots, and useless players.
I know this will be a disaster for the game as you need to compensate rewards, compensate war and quests.... And we all know how much good you are at modify the game...
