Would it be possible to add an "all time rating" to a player profile. It seems some players sell lots of champs giving themselves a lower rating which allows to possibly find lower ranked matches in War against teams who don't stand a chance. An "all time rating" would show a players true experience and keep them in a higher tier.

You aren't fighting against what they used to be.

Better option would be to be prestige-based where only the top champs are considered.

War matches are based on war rating. Not on player rating

But war rating is based on wins to give rating, high profile players that sell all champs and move to smaller alliance rating team say drop to tier 15 or so cause they want to casual play now hurts opponents in that tier.
