Rank Up?

I have a 4* Elektra that I have the resources to take to r4 but I don’t know if I should wait, I only have Elektra and Falcon so I don’t have any better options, what should I do?

While I personally don't like Elektra(mainly cause I have better skill champs) I can see why she is a good champ.

It's not like u can take a limited amount of 4*champs to r4..and she is worth it..good ability reduction and hits very hard at the end of the fight
So upgrade her and use her till u can get a better skill champ.. although she is amongst the better skill champs imo and she doesn't need her dupe to be useful

I’m asking because it’s not very easy for me to get the materials to r4 a 4* and I have limited iso

There are much better skill champions. It would be better t wait instead of ranking her up then get a god tier skill.
