Ban on chat in Marvel

Who can I speak to regard on the mention topic.. I didn’t spam or didn’t sent unsolicited messages to others.! I just simply sent friends invitation to invite ppl to join in our new alliance and got ban on chat. Sigh.....

If ppl do not want to be added, they should not accept invitation and complain!! Simply jealousy and dismay Kabam never check all contents before implementing the punishments.

Someone out there, pls give me a fair verdict...

    Hey STcp, I'm sorry to hear you’re having an issue with the in-game Chat.

    Chat bans can be temporary, lasting from 1 to 3 days. However, it's also possible to receive one which is permanent. Chat bans can be given for a number of reasons, including: profanity, flooding, spamming, insults, and excessive non-game related conversation.

    As Forum Moderators, we don't have direct access to in-game accounts, and I'm therefore unable to verify if you received a Chat ban or not.

    I recommend that you reach out to our Support Team so your concerns in this instance can be addressed. You can do this by tapping on the grey gear icon, located in the in the top left corner of the game’s Home screen. From there, tap the button that says “Support”, and then tap on the option for “Need more help? Contact us”.

    As we're unable to assist you further with this issue, I'll go ahead and close this discussion.
