Medusa vs UC Hydra Adaptoid

Medusa’s armor shatter is supposed to completely shut down robot abilities. However, the hydra adaptoid boss in master and uncollected event quest 3.1 still gains unblockable under 25%. Don’t try to tell me this is a node effect and not a champion ability because the adaptoid also has regen from a local node in the form of “vigor” and that regen is disabled by the armor shatter ability. So why does medusa stop the regen but doesn’t prevent him from becoming unblockable?!

    She does I just 100%’d uncollected with her owning him.

    She does shut that node down. The "unblockable" text will still appear, but the attacks are blockable.

    I will try again in master then. I tried a couple of times in uncollected before switching to the Ronan strategy.

    Nevermind about trying in master. I guess unblockable finale is only in uncollected and I have already 100%ed that quest in uncollected, so I won’t be able to get back around to testing it for a while.

    I used medusa to finish him off, while the text does pop up, I was parrying him to the end keeping him in the corner.

    You can beat him with medusa even in he uncollected level.
    I would recommand to save a sp3 below 25%. And if it’s not enough just intercept him. If you can’t intercept him, you should work on that because this is one of the basis mcoc players have to learn..

    Otherwise you have so many other champions you can use against him.
