Potential Delay to v44.1 Launch

We are currently working through some issues that may affect the release window of v44.1. This means that the update may not release on Monday as it usually does. Who do I talk to about a ban? Ive emailed support several times and keep getting the same generated response. I got a week ban and then within 24 hours of it lifting I got a month ban? How can I get another ban when I wasnt even able to play?

    Because your account was being investigated during that week ban, and now they extended it to a month. It can even become permanent after that.
