Who do I talk to about a ban? Ive emailed support several times and keep getting the same generated response. I got a week ban and then within 24 hours of it lifting I got a month ban? How can I get another ban when I wasnt even able to play?

    Because your account was being investigated during that week ban, and now they extended it to a month. It can even become permanent after that.
    You must have know what you did wrong...
