Rank up Killmonger - Luke Cage - Red Hulk

Hi everyone, here is the thing. I'm between killmonger, luke cage and rulk. Can't decide who to rank 4. They are all unduped but I have a science gem and a generic gem.

I love km so much but since I have a rank4 archangel I don't believe he is a game changer for me. I don't want to rank 4 him just for an immune medusa f.e. 

My other options are LC and Rulk. I have bleed and poison immune r4 champs like gr and cm already, but none of them are science. So I'm aching for a science r4, and I'm a huge fan of these two.
