I am certain IMIW should be immune to Coldsnap:

    There is currently a bug where if the Immunity to Coldsnap is activated AFTER Coldsnap is activated, it will not remove the DOT from the Debuff. We're trying to ready a fix for this in our next Update!

    Yes it was at the start of the fight and then I noticed I started taking damage and wondered what was going on.
