Loading sends me back to Home screen

I'm having an issue with loading. After a fight, trying to move to the next fight & going into a fight my screen jumps to loading before sending me back to the "Home" screen. My game is updated, I've cleaned the cache & even tried uninstalling - reinstalling the game. It is just getting worse. (I'm playing on a LG V20.) What else can I do?
