So how do you deal with iceman in 5.3.6?

I am going for an initial clear of 5.3 and I am on the iceman who practically wrecks my whole team of 4*. His cold snap takes away about 62% health so I need to spend lots of units on potions. How did you deal with him? Just keep healing up until I take him down?
