Interacting with Class Masteries

Let's face it the class masteries are ALL over the place… and it seems like what they do and how they work SEVERELY mess the balance in or against the favor of 1/6 the entire champion roster which is FAR from "balanced"
Firstly:
MD! It needs to be interactive! Stagger, Counterspell, Nullify… YES YES YES!
KG cycling, Howard calming down, Dexterity being used… NO NO NO!
Mystic has maybe Unst-Col, Guily and Mordo without a way to remove a buff in SOME capacity and 2/3 of those are killer and UC is kinda for show

To be fair skill let's them bypass armor with crits so this is kinda ideal
Mutant mastery can be extended to poison or dampen the damage a bit
Tech will only apply to attacks dealt by the user and energy attacks will have a FLAT 5% power drain at ALL levels
Cosmic will be reduced slightly but extends to both resistances
Science is tricky but maybe adds a little critical resistance??? Science creates better heroes and villains so less weak spots?
