It is getting really hard to stay motivated in this game. I have been playing for a long time and have a great alliance. I find myself doing more for them than enjoying the game like I used to. I would gladly take a month or two of no event quest or special quest. If they would take the time and evaluate the game and fix the issues with proper testing. As a designer my self if I had these kind of issues I would not have a job. I firmly believe that have outgrown thier build. It's time to tear down and relax build from the ground up.
