Bug hawk eye Sp1

Often, both in history missions and in the Alliance War, the hawk eye Sp1 does not absorb energy. It happened yesterday on the left miniboss in War Lv 3. Do not bleed is normal, but it does not absorb energy no. Shortly afterwards, same node in War, Magik absorbed power with the Sp2, but did not apply "power lock" (normal thing due to the node).
