How badly does taskmaster need the dupe, just got him as a 5 star and seems like an arena champion for now

    Personally I grinded arena to get him and awaken him. Such a disappointment. What's the point of him placing concussion on the opponent if the concussion is just there for show and doesn't do anything. Doesn't prevent buffs from activating, doesn't prevent evades or regen or armor up or anything. All he is good for is his synergy with crossbones.

    Indeed. Reach 5concussions it becomes passive effect, exploit cooldown does not require cd, with his passive he can reach 100% AAR

    High sig level, the better because concussion time is really short, and can be extended with higher sig level
