Level 60 & t2a

Hello guys,
I'm level 59 and I have 3 t2a expiring in 12 days.
As I don't have any useful 5 star to take to rank 4, I wanted to ask whether the inventory capacity expands if I reach level 60.
Right now I can only keep 9 in my inventory, would it expand after reaching level 60?

    I’m level 60 and can hold 12. Would grind it out to get to level 60 before they expire

    It expands to 12 slots at level 60 for all catalysts (TIer 1/2 Alpha, T4CC)
