Can the bug issue actually fry my phone

Every day things on the game are just getting wierd. Was in alliance wars yesterday and couldn't block or evade hits. Not ashamed to admit don't wanna give up game but things happening in game remind me where my phone was hacked and stuff just started doing strange things. With the over heating issue I hope a quarter million phones don't burn up at the same time lol. Wierder stuff has happened.
