Decreased Character Strength??

I logged in today and all of my Champions strenght has decreased by 200-300 points. Help!! Why??

    Is normal now. Before, they were influenced by the global boost

    Because there was a 10% boost running for 4th week of Summoner Appreciation. That caused the PI to be increased. It's back to normal now.
