I need to rank up 2 of my techs to r3, and r4 in the future maybe. I have duped SL at 4/40 and vision AoU at 3/30, waiting to be r4ed. I have 2 t3 techs expiring soon. Other techs i have but do not feel are worth it: Vulture, WM and HB. Thanks for the help. Here are my options:
