Give friend Champions

My friend he has quit this game for a long time. So I wonder if you can move all of his champions to my account. Or he can give in under a Gift.With duplicate champions, you just increase there signarature by 1 and have no rewards. I really love this game so I'll very happy if you agree. Thank you.
