Quest completion loss in most recent outage

As the game went down last I was just finishing off my last uncollected run against Red Skull, when I beat the fight I got the network connectivity message and got kicked out.
At that point the game went down, when it came back up again I had lost my completion, the path had completely reset and all the items/units that I used for that were gone.
After trying to get in contact with Kabam I got the same premade response each time and they did nothing to help me at all.
Anyone got any ideas what else I can do to get kabam to acknowledge this issue, I’m started to feel cheated here and it’s pushing me away from the game

    Not trying too sound rude but get used too it or quit. That seems too be the new state of the game.
